At Kasteel Engelenburg (Hotel of the Year by Gault & Millau 2016) a food-wine tasting was held with wines from South Africa Newton Johnson. Bevan Newton Johnson and his wife were invited to provide more information about the wines. There was a premiere with the first Albariño wine that makes this wine estate in South Africa. Chef Maurice Kersten kept with fervor the culinary setting: tasteful, well-balanced, reliable, have a nice lunch that fitted perfectly with the wines.
