Our imaginative menu is based on French cuisine with some international influences, using only the freshest local ingredients. Using only the freshest local ingredients is our main vision. Herbs from our own gardens, game from our estate and fish from the Ijssel river and nearby lakes and sea. Working with supliers with whom we share a passion for sustainable food is the basis of our cuisine. At you wedding we could for example serve the Engelenburg set menu:

Marinated tuna / mango / avocado / red pepper/ black sesame / yuzu
Softly cooked Halibut fillet / lobster / muslin of parsnip with white chocolate / oriental vegetables / coconut sauce
Glazed sweetbread / risotto / winter truffle / pancetta / kale / veal gravy
Granité / citrus / pepper
Charcoal-roasted USA beef / oxheart / pomegranate / preparations of sweet potato / vinaigrette of shallots
Assortment of Dutch cheeses
Caramelised nuts / parfait of chocolate / fox berry / tonka beans

As a break during your dinner we can serve a refreshing granité of gin and tonic in our medieval wine cellar. At this time you can also change the table setting. We can take care of your menu and place-cards for the dinner table.
