Tom has been for 12,5 years our sous-chef. Since 2019 Tom is the Executive Chef of Kasteel Engelenburg. His vision is to use only the freshest local ingredients. Herbs from our own¢ gardens, game from our estate and fish from the Ijssel river and nearby lakes and sea. Working with supliers with whom he sharese a passion for sustainable food is the basis of our cuisine
