- Single occupancy of a double room

The 32-hour Delegate Rate includes:
- Use of plenary meeting room for two days
- Use of a screen
- Morning coffee with local pastries
- Fresh fruit and sweets in the meeting room
- Two Buffet working lunches with hot and cold dishes including coffee, tea, milk and juice
- Afternoon tea with pastries
- Four-course dinner
- Single occupancy of a double room
- Full English breakfast in the restaurant

A surcharge is applicable if the number of delegates is under 10.
