Johan and Carin Agricola

In October 2005 Johan and Carin Agricola became the Managing Directors of Engelenburg Castle. Johan had been the Managing Director of The Lord Charles Hotel in Cape Town, South Africa between 1997 and 2004 and Johan and Carin were the General Managers of Landgoed Lauswolt in Beetsterzwaag (Friesland) between1990 and1997. From 2001 to2002 Johan was Deputy Marshal of the Court at The Royal Household and responsible for the wedding arrangements of His Royal Highness The Prince of Orange and Princess Máxima.

Johan Agricola is a delegate of Relais & Chateaux Benelux and International Board member.
